عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت ، ومعلومات حول الجهاز المستخدم، واسم نظام التشغيل، وتاريخ ووقت الاستخدام، ونوع اتصال الشبكة، ورقم إصدار المتصفح واللغة المفضلة، ومعلومات أخرى حول سلوكك على الموقع، مثل النقر فوق الإعلانات أو الروابط المقدَّمة من الغير، ورد فعلك عند استلامك رسائل بريد إلكتروني منا، مثل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني التي تفتحها وما إذا كانت رسالة البريد الإلكتروني طالبتك باتخاذ إجراء أم لا.

المعلومات الأخرى التي يقدمها المستخدمون.

هي المعلومات الأخرى التي يقدمها بعض المستخدمين طوعًا واختيارًا، مثل:

معلومات عن الأعراض الجانبية (التي قد تحدث للمريض بعد تناول الدواء)، والتقارير، والمطالبات، والأسئلة، والمخاوف، والشكاوى والطلبات المقدَّمة عبر قنوات الخدمة.

قد تشتمل هذه المعلومات على بيانات تتعلق بالرعاية الصحية، إذا قدمها المستخدم في قنوات الخدمة.

كيف نجمع بيانات التصفح

عند قيام المستخدم بتصفح الموقع أو استخدام أي من موارده أو أدواته، بما فيها قنوات الخدمة الإلكترونية، قد يتم إرسال ملف من ملفات تعريف الارتباط إلى جهاز المستخدم.

يعد ملف تعريف الارتباط جزءًا من البيانات التي تحدد هويتك كمستخدم مستقل وفريد، وتتعرف على معلومات تصفحك وتتعقبها وتخزنها.

كيف نستخدم البيانات الشخصية

يعني تسجيلك في أي موقع تابع لشركة فايزر السعودية، أو في أي قناة من قنوات خدمة عملاء فايزر، أو أي قناة أخرى تابعة لشركة فايزر تستهدف أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية أو الجمهور العام أنك توافق على أنه سيتم استخدام بياناتك الشخصية والمعلومات التي قدمتها على قنوات الخدمة هذه - بما فيها أي بيانات صحية - حصريًا للأغراض التالية:

للرد على مطالب المستخدم أو استفساراته أو شكاواه أو طلباته؛ أو للرد على التقارير المتعلقة بالأعراض الجانبية (التي قد تظهر بعد تناول الدواء) أو لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بسلامة وجودة منتجاتنا بالتوافق مع القانون وبالامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية الأخرى، بما فيها اليقظة الدوائية، التي تخضع لها شركة فايزر؛ أو لمراقبة وضمان جودة قنوات الخدمة لدينا؛ أو لضمان الممارسة المنتظمة لحقوق شركة فايزر في إبرام العقود أو الإجراءات القضائية أو الإدارية أو التحكيمية، والتي تتضمن في النهاية عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وإجراءات التحقيق والتوجيه في أي إجراءات قضائية أو إدارية أو تحكيمية وحماية حقوق ومصالح شركة فايزر أو الشركات التابعة لنا أو الأطراف من الغير.

تُستخدم معلومات التسجيل والتصفح على الموقع وقنوات الخدمة الإلكترونية من أجل:

تشخيص وحل أي مشكلات فنية تحدث في الموقع أو في قنوات الخدمة؛

معرفة التفضيلات الشخصية للمستخدمين لتحسين وتطوير أفضل تجربة لهم عند استخدام الموقع وقنوات الخدمة؛

تحديد وإتاحة مواد المعلومات التي تهم المستخدمين؛

تصنيف وتجميع معلومات المستخدم، ودمج البيانات الإحصائية ذات الصلة بالمستخدم، بما في ذلك تحديد تنسيق معين لقاعدة مستخدمي الموقع وقنوات الخدمة وحجم حركة مرور البيانات على خوادمنا، وتحسين وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات الجديدة التي نقدمها؛

كل هذا من أجل الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية، بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن الأعراض الجانبية أو المشكلات المتعلقة بسلامة وجودة منتجاتنا إلى السلطات المختصة، والتي في النهاية تتضمن عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وإجراءات التحقيق والتوجيه في أي إجراءات قانونية أو إدارية أو تحكيمية، وحماية حقوق ومصالح شركة فايزر أو الشركات التابعة لنا أو أطراف من الغير .

علاوة على معالجات البيانات الشخصية الموضحة أعلاه، قد تستخدم شركة فايزر بيانات مجهولة الهوية (anonymous data) لإجراء بحث حول التركيبة السكانية للمستخدمين واهتماماتهم وسلوكهم.

قد يتم دمج معلومات المستخدم مع المعلومات التي يتم جمعها من أفراد آخرين لإنتاج الإحصائيات المجمَّعة مجهولة الهوية.

لا تشتمل البيانات الإحصائية والإجمالية على بيانات شخصية.

مع مَن تشارك فايزر بياناتك الشخصية؟

يعني تسجيلك في أي موقع تابع لشركة فايزر السعودية أو قناة خدمة عملاء فايزر أو أي قناة أخرى تابعة لشركة فايزر تستهدف أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية أو الجمهور العام أنك توافق على أنه يحق لنا مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية في الحالات التالية:

مع إحدى شركات مجموعة فايزر، داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو خارجها، لأغراض الاتصال والتسويق والتعليم والترويج والإعلان المتعلقة بالصحة والعافية المؤسسية والمعلوماتية ولأغراض أخرى جرى تحديدها في سياسة الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه.

لمقدمي الخدمات، داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو خارجها، الذين قد يقومون بمعالجة البيانات الشخصية نيابة عن شركة فايزر ووفقًا لتوجيهاتها، لتوفير خدمات مثل صيانة وإدارة قنوات خدمة العملاء وتوفير البنية التحتية، ونحو ذلك.

إلى أطراف من الغير، وذلك بالارتباط مع أي عملية إعادة هيكلة كل أو جزء من أعمالنا أو أصولنا أو أسهمنا، أو دمجها أو بيعها أو الاشتراك فيها على هيئة مشروع مشترك أو التنازل عنها أو نقلها أو أي تصرف آخر فيها (بما في ذلك حالات الإفلاس أو الإجراءات المماثلة).

بناءً على طلب الشرطة أو السلطات القضائية أو الإدارية، داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو خارجها، تنفيذًا لأمر محكمة أو التزام قانوني أو تنظيمي.

يمكن أيضًا مشاركة التقارير الإحصائية التي يتم إنشاؤها من البيانات المجمَّعة، والتي لا تكشف عن هوية أصحابها، مع الغير، مثل الشركات التابعة و/أو المقاولين الفرعيين و/أو الشركاء التجاريين لشركة فايزر.

باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه في سياسة الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه، لن يتم تقديم البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها إلى الغير، ولن يتم عرضها للجمهور العام أو بيعها أو تداولها.

نقل البيانات على المستوى الدولي

يعني تسجيلك في أي موقع تابع لشركة فايزر السعودية، أو قناة خدمة عملاء فايزر، أو أي قناة أخرى تابعة لشركة فايزر تستهدف أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية أو الجمهور العام أنك توافق على أنه يحق لنا نقل بياناتك الشخصية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

قد يتم تخزين البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها على خوادم موجودة في أيرلندا أو ألمانيا أو فرنسا.

تتخذ شركة فايزر الخطوات المناسبة لضمان تنفيذ عمليات نقل البيانات دوليًا وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودية المعمول به وتستخدم الإجراءات الأمنية الفنية الملائمة لحماية معلوماتك الشخصية بنفس المواصفات المحددة في القانون المحلي.

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، تلتزم شركة فايزر بضمان خضوع عمليات نقل بياناتك الشخصية إلى الدول المذكورة أعلاه لضمانات قانونية واتفاقية مناسبة. تشمل هذه الضمانات البنود التعاقدية النموذجية أو غيرها من الآليات المعتمدة من قبل الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA). تهدف هذه الضمانات إلى التأكد من أن مستوى الحماية المُقدّم لبياناتك الشخصية لا يقل عن مستوى الحماية المُقدّم بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. تُؤكّد شركة فايزر أيضًا على التزامها بضمان أن أي مزود خدمة خارجي يُشارك في معالجة بياناتك الشخصية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية يلتزم بتوفير مستوى مناسب من الحماية لمعلوماتك. يُرجى العلم أنّ موافقتك على نقل بياناتك الشخصية دوليًا تُعدّ إقرارًا منك وفهمًا للّوائح وقوانين حماية البيانات في الدول التي يتم نقل بياناتك إليها قد تختلف عن تلك الموجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تُؤكّد شركة فايزر على التزامها باتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان سرية وسلامة وأمن بياناتك الشخصية طوال عملية النقل ووفقًا لقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها.

أمن البيانات

نحن ملتزمون بأمن البيانات الشخصية ونتخذ الاحتياطات اللازمة لاستدامة تلك الحماية.

تستخدم شركة فايزر أحدث أنظمة أمن بيانات متوافقة مع المعايير العالمية لحماية معلوماتك من الوصول غير المصرَّح به، لكنها لا تضمن عدم الوصول إلى أي معلومات شخصية من قِبل أطراف غير مخوَّل لهم من الغير. تشمل تلك الأنظمة القواعد التي تصدرها الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني.

روابط الغير

قد نعرض روابط إنترنت إلى مواقع أخرى على الإنترنت، باعتبارها موردًا من الموارد التي نقدمها لمستخدمينا.

ولا تعد شركة فايزر مسؤولة عن هذه المواقع ولا عن محتواها، ولا تقوم شركة فايزر بمشاركة هذه المواقع الإلكترونية أو أدوات تخزين المحتوى أو الاشتراك فيها أو مراقبتها أو التحقق من صحتها أو قبول كيفية قيامها بجمع معلوماتك الشخصية والمعلومات الخاصة ومعالجتها ونقلها.

كم تبلغ مدة تخزين البيانات الشخصية

من خلال التسجيل في أي موقع إلكتروني تابع لشركة فايزر السعودية، وقناة خدمة عملاء فايزر، وأي قناة أخرى تابعة لشركة فايزر تستهدف أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية أو الجمهور العام، فإنك توافق على أنه يحق لنا تخزين بياناتك الشخصية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

تقوم شركة فايزر بتخزين البيانات الشخصية بشكل آمن في مراكز بيانات موجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية وخارجها (مثل أيرلندا و/أو ألمانيا و/أو فرنسا)، وفقًا للقانون المعمول به وللمدة اللازمة أو المسموح بها في ضوء الأغراض التي تم جمع البيانات الشخصية من أجلها، على النحو المحدد في سياسة الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه.

فيما يلي بعض المعايير المستخدمة لتحديد فترات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لدينا على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه على جميع الأفراد، بمن فيهم على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أخصائيو الرعاية الصحية ومستهلكو منتجات فايزر، الذين يتفاعلون بأي شكل من الأشكال مع الموقع أو يدخلون إليه أو يستخدمونه أو الذين يتواصلون معنا عبر إحدى قنوات خدمة العملاء الخاصة بشركة فايزر ("المستخدمون")، حتى لو لم يكن لدى المستخدمين حساب مسجل معنا.

لا تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه على برامج المرضى أو الأنشطة التي تشارك أنت فيها على منصة أخرى غير هذا الموقع أو قنوات الخدمة، حتى لو كانت هذه المنصات أو البرامج

تقدمها شركة فايزر أو تُقدَّم نيابة عنها.

إذا كنت تستخدم منصات صحية أخرى أو تشارك في برامج معينة معدة لرعاية المرضى، فيرجى الرجوع إلى شروط استخدام تلك البرامج أو المنصات.

الغرض من الموقع

عملت شركة فايزر على تطوير هذا الموقع وصيانته لأغراض التواصل والتسويق والتعليم والترويج والإعلان والصحة والعافية المؤسسية والمعلوماتية ولأغراض أخرى محددة في شروط الاستخدام هذه.

هذا الموقع موجه للجمهور العام.

قد يحتوي الموقع، على أي حال، على معلومات تتعلق بحالات سريرية مختلفة وعلاج كل منها.

إذا كنت تعاني من مشكلة صحية، فعليك استشارة طبيبك أو أخصائي الرعاية الصحية.

طبيعة المعلومات

قد يوفر الموقع معلومات تتعلق بحالات طبية مختلفة مع وصف علاج مخصص لكل حالة منها.

ومع ذلك، لا ينبغي تفسير هذه المعلومات على أنها نهائية أو منطبقة على الحالة بالضبط، فليس الغرض منها أن تحل محل المناقشات التي تجري بين الأطباء والمرضى ولا القصد منها أن تكون بديلاً عن إجراء التشخيص الطبي، ولا حتى تشجيع التطبيب الذاتي.

تؤمن شركة فايزر بأن أي معالجة طبية يجب أن تتم على يد الأخصائيين المعتمدين، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الحالة الخاصة بكل مريض.

يجب ألا تستخدم المعلومات الواردة في الموقع لتشخيص مشكلة صحية أو مرض معين.

تبذل شركة فايزر جهودًا معقولة لإدراج معلومات دقيقة وحديثة على الموقع.

لا تقدم شركة فايزر أي ضمانات ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية فيما يتعلق بموثوقية أو دقة أو صحة أو توقيت أو فائدة أو اكتمال أو ملاءمة أو توقيت أو اكتمال هذه المعلومات.

تخلي شركة فايزر مسؤوليتها عن جميع الضمانات و/أو الالتزامات، الصريحة أو الضمنية، الناشئة عن أو ذات الصلة باستخدام هذا الموقع ومحتواه، بما فيها ضمانات الملاءمة الممكنة لغرض معين.

قد تحتوي المعلومات المتوفرة على الموقع على أخطاء فنية أو أخطاء كتابية مثلاً.

تحتفظ شركة فايزر بحق إضافة أو حذف أو تعديل المعلومات الموجودة على الموقع في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

مشاركتك على الموقع

يتم توفير الوصول إلى الموقع مجانًا دون مقابل، ويمكن الدخول إلى الموقع من أي جهاز متصل بشبكة الإنترنت.

يحق لك استخدام الموقع بحرية وتنزيل المحتوى المتوفر على الموقع، بشرط أن يكون هذا الاستخدام لأغراض غير تجارية.

لا يحق لك توزيع أو تعديل أو نقل أو إعادة استخدام أو إعادة نشر أو استخدام أي محتوى لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية صريحة من شركة فايزر.

جميع حقوق الطبع والنشر وإشعارات الملكية الفكرية الواردة في المحتوى المنسوخ محفوظة ويجب استبقاؤها.

حقوق الطبع والنشر في جميع محتويات الموقع مملوكة لشركة فايزر أو للشركات التابعة لها أو لمورِّديها، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك على الموقع.

صور الأشخاص أو الأماكن المتوفرة على الموقع مملوكة لشركة فايزر أو مرخصة لها.

يمنع منعًا باتًا استخدام هذه الصور من قِبل أي مستخدم.

قد يؤدي إساءة استخدام الصور إلى انتهاك حقوق شركة فايزر والغير.

الالتزامات والقيود

يُحظر على المستخدمين القيام بما يلي:

(1) ممارسة النصب والاحتيال أو تشجيع ممارسة السلوك غير المشروع؛ (2) نشر فيروسات الكمبيوتر أو محاولة توصيلها، ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، فيروسات تروجان المخربة (حصان طروادة) أو الفيروسات المتنقلة (الدودة) أو أدوات تسجيل لوحة المفاتيح أو القنابل الموقوتة (إفساد البيانات في تاريخ محدد) أو برامج التجسس أو برامج الإعلانات المتسللة أو برامج الإلغاء أو أي تعليمات برمجية (أكواد) أو برامج هجومية أو ضارة أخرى؛ (3) استخدام الموقع لأغراض تجارية؛

(4) إرسال أو محاولة نشر المواد التي تجمع المعلومات بشكل نشط أو خامل، مثل ملفات الصور الرسومية (GIF) ومُتتبّع المستخدم وملفات تعريف الارتباط وغيرها؛

(5) استخدام جهاز أو برنامج أو أي مَورد آخر يتعارض مع أنشطة وعمليات الموقع، أو يتعارض مع محتويات الموقع أو أوصافه أو حساباته أو قواعد بياناته؛

(6) استخدام أو تطوير أو تشغيل أنظمة مؤتمتة يمكنها الوصول إلى الموقع، كالروبوتات، العنكبوتية منها وغيرها، أو أدوات استخراج البيانات من المواقع الإلكترونية أو أجهزة القراءة غير المتصلة بالإنترنت؛

(7) إزالة أو إخفاء أو إتلاف أي إشعار أو شريط إعلاني أو إشارة مميزة أو علامة على الموقع؛

(8) استخدام أدوات أو خادم وكيل (بروكسي) مجهول الهوية بغرض إخفاء هوية عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت الخاص بك؛

(9) التدخل في أو كسر أي نظام أمني على الموقع، لا سيما الأنظمة التي تهدف إلى تقييد والتحكم في الوصول إلى واستخدام الموقع ومحتوياته؛

(10) طلب معلومات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بمستخدم آخر و/أو الوصول إلى حسابه؛

(11) تنفيذ أي أعمال تنتهك القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.

يقر المستخدم ويوافق على أن جميع المعلومات والمحتويات التي توفرها شركة فايزر على الموقع تعود ملكيتها إلى شركة فايزر أو مرخصة لها وفقًا للقانون، ومن ثمَّ لا يمكن إتاحتها للغير.

ما لم يُنص على خلاف ما يلي في شروط الاستخدام هذه، يوافق المستخدم على عدم إعادة إنتاج أو تكرار أو نسخ أو بيع أو إعادة بيع أو استغلال أي جزء من معلومات ومحتويات الموقع، كما يتعهد باستخدام جميع محتويات الموقع وفقًا للقانون، ويُحظر إعادة إنتاج المحتوى أو توزيعه أو تحويله أو تسويقه أو تعديله دون حصول على إذن مسبق وصريح من شركة فايزر، كما يُحظر توفير معلومات تسجيل الدخول وكلمة المرور لأطراف غير مسجَّلة من الغير.

دون الإخلال بالتدابير الأخرى التي تراها شركة فايزر مناسبة، يجوز لشركة فايزر تحذير المستخدم أو تعليق تسجيله أو إلغاءه، بشكل مؤقت أو دائم، في أي وقت، وبدء الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة و/أو تعليق تنفيذ شروط الاستخدام هذه إذا لم يمتثل المستخدم لأي شرط من الشروط المذكورة هنا أو لأي سياسة من سياسات شركة فايزر الأخرى.

ويحق لشركة فايزر الاستمرار في اتخاذ مثل هذا الإجراء إذا تعذر التحقق من هوية المستخدم أو إذا كانت هناك أي معلومات غير صحيحة ضمن المعلومات التي قدمها المستخدم.

في حالات استبعاد تسجيل المستخدم لعدم الأهلية، سيتم إلغاء جميع العمليات الجارية تلقائيًا وإزالة البيانات ذات الصلة.

لا تحتفظ شركة فايزر بنسخة احتياطية لأي معلومات أو رسائل أو محتوى منشور على الموقع.

روابط الغير

قد يوفر الموقع روابط لمواقع إنترنت أخرى أو لموارد أخرى، تشمل الروابط التي تحيل إلى منشورات طبية ووكالات الصحة العامة والجمعيات الطبية.

إذن لا يتم توفير هذه الروابط إلا بغرض توفير الراحة للمستخدم، وبما أن شركة فايزر ليس لديها أي تحكم في مثل هذه المواقع الخارجية أو الموارد الخارجية، فإن المستخدم يقر ويوافق على أن شركة فايزر غير مسؤولة عن توفر هذه الموارد ولا تؤيد ولا تكون مسؤولة عن أي محتوى أو إعلان أو منتجات أو خدمات أو مواد أخرى موجودة في أو متاحة من خلال هذه المواقع أو الموارد.

وبهذا المعنى، نقترح أن يتم إبلاغ المستخدم بسياسة مواقع الغير قبل الوصول إليها وقبل تقديم أي نوع من المعلومات.

الملكية الفكرية

كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بهذا الموقع محفوظة لشركة فايزر.

كافة العلامات التجارية المعروضة على هذا الموقع ملك لشركة فايزر أو الشركات التابعة لها أو مرخصة لشركة فايزر وفقًا للقانون.

لا يصح تفسير أي شيء على أنه يمنح المستخدمين أي حق أو ملكية أو مصلحة في أي من حقوق الملكية الفكرية والعلامات التجارية الخاصة بشركة فايزر.

تحديد المسؤولية

تقع مسؤولية استخدام هذا الموقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده.

لن تتحمل شركة فايزر أو أي طرف آخر يشارك في إنشاء الموقع وإنتاجه ونشره تحت أي ظرف المسؤولية عن أي أضرار (بما فيها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الأضرار من أي نوع، والأرباح المفقودة والأضرار اللاحقة) الناشئة عن وصولك إلى الموقع واستخدامك له، أو عدم القدرة على الوصول إلى الموقع واستخدامه.

لا تقدم شركة فايزر أي ضمان فيما يتعلق بالملفات المتاحة للتنزيل.

على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، يتم توفير جميع المحتويات والوظائف الموجودة على الموقع "كما هي"، دون ضمانات من أي نوع، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية، بما فيها على سبيل المثال ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معين.

لا تضمن شركة فايزر أن يظل الموقع متاحًا دون انقطاع أو خاليًا من أي أعطال أو أخطاء، كما أنها لا تضمن عدم تعرض نظامها وخوادمها لهجوم أو تعديل أو إتلاف بأي شكل من الأشكال من قِبل الغير.

لا ولن تعد شركة فايزر مسؤولة عما يلي:

(1) جودة أو توفر اتصال جهاز المستخدم بالإنترنت تحت أي ظرف من الظروف،

(2) تعذر استخدام أي معلومات أو خدمات متاحة بسبب عدم توافق التهيئة الفنية لجهاز الاتصال الخاص بالمستخدمين،

(3) عدم امتثال المستخدمين الآخرين لشروط الاستخدام المنصوص عليها في هذه الوثيقة،

(4) أي أضرار يتعرض لها المستخدمون نتيجة لاستخدام الموقع،

(5) إصلاح الأضرار، من أي نوع، الناجمة عن انتهاك الخصوصية أو أمان بيانات المستخدم عند توصيل جهازك بالإنترنت من خلال أطراف ثالثة.

تُذكِّر شركة فايزر مستخدمي هذا الموقع بأن مسؤولية الحفاظ على بيئة الكمبيوتر الخاصة بهم آمنة تقع عليهم وحدهم، وذلك باستخدام الأدوات المتاحة مثل برامج مكافحة الفيروسات وجدار الحماية، من ضن أشياء أخرى، من أجل المساهمة في الوقاية من المخاطر الإلكترونية.

ومن ثمَّ لن تكون شركة فايزر مسؤولة عن الأضرار أو الفيروسات التي قد تصيب الكمبيوتر أو المعدات أو الأصول الأخرى، الناشئة عن وصول المستخدم إلى الموقع أو عن تنزيل أي مواد أو بيانات أو نصوص أو صور أو مقاطع فيديو أو صوتيات متاحة على الموقع .

يقر المستخدم ويوافق على أنه يحق لشركة فايزر تعليق وصول المستخدم إلى المنصة في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، كتدابير احترازية مثلاً أو كإجراءات فنية أو نتيجة لأي نشاط تنفيذ قانوني يجري القيام به، أو إذا تقرر أنه لا يتم الوفاء بالتزامات المستخدم المنصوص عليها في هذه الشروط أو في حالة ظهور مشكلات فنية ذات صلة تؤثر على أداء الموقع.

المخالفات

يعد المستخدم الذي ينتهك شروط الاستخدام هذه و/أو سياسة الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط مسؤولاً عن الأضرار من أي نوع التي قد تتعرض لها شركة فايزر أو تلك التي تلحق الغير، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر.

التغييرات في الشروط

تحتفظ شركة فايزر بحق تعديل أو تنقيح أو تحديث شروط الاستخدام هذه في أي وقت ووفقًا لتقديرها الخاص.

في حالة التعديل، تقوم شركة فايزر بنشر إشعار على الموقع وتكون شروط الاستخدام الجديدة سارية على الفور.

إذا لم توافق على الشروط المعدَّلة، فيجب على المستخدم التوقف عن الوصول إلى الموقع.

يعد الوصول إلى الموقع واستخدامه بعد نشر التغييرات قبولًا كاملاً وغير مشروط لشروط الاستخدام الجديدة.

القوانين

يكون لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية السلطة القضائية الحصرية للنظر في أي نزاعات تنشأ عن استخدام هذا الموقع.

مدة بقاء الموقع متوفرًا غير معلومة وتحتفظ شركة فايزر بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق توفر الموقع أو تحويله وتعديله بالكامل، أو إيقافه من جانب واحد في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق أو لاحق.
